Tooling Group

Designed according to the latest industrial organization concepts, this is one part of R&D Department with a full know-how of the complete production process.
Tooling group is responsibility for all aspects of products designated for the assembly lines-from the maintenance of tooling and process, through to the management of cross-department processes such as manufacturing engineering and quality.

Stamping and injection dies or molds are built from scratch tanks to its highly skills human resources and technologically advanced equipment. Each individual die or mold undergoes stringent quality control to guarantee final product quality.

Plastic Tooling
* Monthly production of more than 10 sets
* Types: connector plastic tooling, relay and control box shell tooling, etc.
* High Product Accuracy: Product Tolerance ±0.03mm

Stamping Tooling
* Monthly output of more than 20 sets
* Types: terminal tooling, shrapnel tooling, drawing tooling, etc.
* High product accuracy: Minimum product step size is 0.4mm, minimum product material thickness is 0.05mm, minimum product tolerance is ±0.01mm
